Policies

Returns - Items purchased may be exchanged or credit given within 30 days of purchase. 

No Shows - After two (2) "No Shows" (when a client misses an appointment without calling to cancel), Client will be required to pay a 25% deposit before any further appointments will be scheduled.

Late - Once a client is 20 minutes late, the service scheduled may be changed to an express version, or cancelled all together. 

Promotional or Coupon Services - If client with a voucher, coupon, or promo code "No Show" or arrive any later than 15 minutes without calling prior to appointment, that appointment, the voucher, coupon or promo code may become void.
